Getting Started in 1 Minute

Using EmailKing is incredibly simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Extractor tab on the dashboard.
  2. Enter the website URL you want to search (e.g., https://example.com).
  3. Click the Start Extraction button.
  4. Wait a few seconds, and voilà! Emails will appear below.

Single Search

Perfect for when you want to analyze one specific company or website thoroughly.

  • Checks "Contact", "About" and "Team" pages if the main page has no emails.
  • Decodes obfuscated addresses like name [at] domain [dot] com.

Bulk Extraction (Premium)

Ideal for building large lead lists. Paste up to 10,000 URLs at once.

  • Processes URLs in parallel batches with live progress.
  • Smart auto-save and duplicate removal.
  • Bulk extraction (Starter and above): up to 10,000 URLs per session, or background jobs of up to 50,000 URLs.

Understanding Your Results

We categorize every email found to help you choose the best ones.

Verified ✅

Passed syntax and MX checks and matches the website's domain.

Domain Mismatch ⚠️

Valid email format, but the domain doesn't match the website (e.g. gmail.com addresses).

Placeholder / Suspicious ℹ️

Example or dummy addresses (e.g. example@, [email protected]) and random-looking strings. Usually not worth contacting.

Pro Tip: Use "Copy Verified"

Simply clicking the "Copy Verified" button is usually the best strategy. It automatically filters out placeholder, suspicious and domain-mismatched addresses, leaving the cleanest leads for outreach.

Troubleshooting & FAQs

Why did the URL count increase?

This is normal. If the page you entered has no emails, EmailKing also checks related sub-pages (like /contact, /about, /team) and contact pages listed in the sitemap, so the logs can show more pages than the URLs you entered.

Can I extract LinkedIn emails?

Directly extracting from LinkedIn profiles is often restricted. However, our tool excels at finding emails from company websites listed on LinkedIn profiles.
