1. Acceptance of Terms

By using EmailKing, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Provision

The Service is provided 'as is'. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for illegal spamming, hacking, or identity theft. Violation will result in immediate account termination.

4. Payment & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance. Payments are generally non-refundable; we issue refunds only where we determine a refund is justified, for example if a serious fault on our side prevented you from using the service. You can cancel at any time, and billing stops from the next renewal date. Use of the service is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy (emailking.io/en/legal/acceptable-use).
